Small cap day Review and Daily Specials for 9/24

Only 2 trades today. Missed opening PPHM then didn’t see anything interesting.

Volume on both NYSE and Nasdaq have been very very low since 9/07. It was declineing slowly from begining of the year but this month is extremely low. I am just looking my Thinkorswim $TVOL $TVOL/Q and havent done further research yet. I think it make sense to avoid big board and go small cap until the volume and volatility come back.
